Tax defaults are an interesting category. You know it is amazing that people would actually lose their home over something as simple as not paying their property taxes. And yet it happens everyday. And often it happens to people who even own their home free and clear. So this category is..is one that you can really help people. You know if you reach out to someone who is destitute and simply cannot pay their property taxes, they made need some help making decisions about the property. So again this in not a.. I wouldn’t  call it a popular category, not because it isn’t  a great category to work, it’s just a bit unusual and many agents don’t think a thing about it which means you may have a very unique niche without a lot of competition.
