Empty nesters are a huge category, because I think we have all heard and read that the baby boomer generation is one of the largest generations in history. So there’re a lot of homeowners out there sitting in large expensive properties, wondering if it’s time to leave the state, to downsize. Something smaller, lower maintenance. And so if you target them properly and you have the right approach and the right script, if you’re patient (because it may take some time to bring them into the reality of what they can buy, what they can do, and to make the transition). But this could be a category that would allow you to list and then sell them another property.
