Successful Prospecting with Debbie DeGrote – Key Sources of Prospecting
You know, I know this is a lot of categories. Lots of things to consider. And certainly, as a business coach, I would never recommend that you would work every category. Because, see, what we talk to our clients about is the fact that you each have unique strengths, as I said a few moments ago, gifts, talents, and areas of interest. However, one thing that is important – if you want to have a stable and predictable business, you’re going to need to have three key sources of prospecting. Because you never know when your database will be producing, or your expireds will be producing, or your absentee owners will be producing listings. So you want to have 3-5 key sources, and you want to have a very structured action plan to work with each of those sources.
