One of the many interesting companies we encountered at the California Association of Realtors Expo was HML Investments. They specialize in hard money lending and trustee investments, primarily in Southern and Northern California. Particularly relevant for realtors is that they’re equity driven, providing an option for buyers who might not qualify for traditional loans.
