BF: Hello, I’m Brian Fox. I’m with ReboReports, and we are here today with Todd Morin from GeoAssurance. So, Todd, GeoAssurance, tell us a little about the company and what you guys do.
TM: So, GeoAssurance is a natural hazard disclosure company, and we provide natural hazard disclosures, tax reports, and environmental reports to real estate agents.
BF: Very good. And your company versus other, obviously there’s a lot of choices when it comes to natural hazard disclosures for an agent. Why would an agent choose GeoAssurance as opposed to a different natural hazard company?
TM: Well, we’re better, faster, and less expensive. We know a lot of people say that, but we have the owner of the company who can answer questions available to real estate agents when they need it. And we provide up to 12 additional maps for you if you need them. And we’re leading the way in the industry. We’re the first to provide maps on abandoned oil wells, all kinds of different things that Ralph’s leading the way for.
