Home warranty providers, and other vendors whose business is intertwined with that of the realtors they collaborate with, have a unique perspective on the real estate industry.  This perspective can be invaluable for the realtors on the ground, which is why we bring it to you here.    Kathy Lansford has been working with Old Republic Home Protection., Inc. for 23 years, and has noticed things which successful realtors have in common, insights which she shares with Jeff Petsche in this video.

Besides providing marketing materials such as door hangers to realtors, Kathy and her team have placed their outreach emphasis on education, teaching realtors about the changes and advances in the industry, and in the tools available to realtors.  Sadly, not everyone can have a Kathy as their home warranty provider and unofficial support network, but thanks to the wonders of technology you can learn from her here on ReboReports.
