Welcome back to another episode of Winning with SEO here on ReboReports. I’m Austin and today I’m going to talk about something just real briefly that you should look at. I’m sure if you search on Google Maps, you are sitting on google you’ve seen google maps show up. You’ve seen local listing show up. So my question for you is, do you have an office? I meet with a lot of customers and we’re trying to figure out their internet marketing plan and their internet marketing budgets and if you’re targeting a local area. One of the best things you can do if you don’t already have it is get out of working from home. Get an inexpensive executive suite, I mean it’s a couple hundred bucks a month but that’s a small price to pay to show up on the first page of Google in your city for real estate. You know if you’re trying to do the same thing with adwords budget you’re competing with all the other real estate agents that don’t have an office and are showing up in the maps. You know your cost per click can be pretty extensive but showing up on the local maps is a quick cost-effective way to get on the first page and then once you’re there get reviews, get yelp reviews that kind of stuff to make a big difference and it’s surprisingly inexpensive way to show up on the first page of Google so just food for thought.
