Hopefully by now you already have a system for drip marketing to prospects, frequently reaching out to them to remain on the top of their “I need a realtor” list. However, as Jeff Petsche discusses in this week’s Mentor Mondays, not every prospect is the same, and while someone who says “I’m probably going to sell in 6-8 months or so” is certainly a promising lead, making slight changes – like those discussed in this video – to your followup can make a big difference in whether you get the listing.
