I welcome to ReboReports and Debbie’s Weekly Tip. I wanted to revisit a topic that we talked about a while back because every single day I hear this coming from agents that I meet and speak with. In fact I just heard it a few minutes ago before I hung up the phone to do the video with you. Here’s what it is “I hate to be pushy, I don’t like to ask the people I know for business, I don’t like the rejection that comes with prospecting. You know I just wish there was another way to get the business that I need.” There’s not if you’re a secret agent you’re simply not going to get the business that you need. Now you can market and mail and get some response? Absolutely good job if you’re you know making great money you can buy leaves of course you can but you still have to follow up on those weeds and they’re still going to be some rejection. But here’s a great thing, your brain loves pattern. When you push yourself to do things that make you just a little bit uncomfortable you actually get used to it. And then when you have success, it gets a little bit easier. So it’s not ever going to be your favorite thing to do the back okay remember though it’s just a very small portion of your gay so if you work on your skills if you have confidence in your market knowledge if you practice your scripts you know what to say and you fire up your mindset so exercise affirmations reading something positive and you get on that phone or you get out of those doors and you hit it and then at the end be brief what were my wins what were my losses and what will be the corrections I make the next day because i want to tell you the truth nobody loved rejection nobody loved prospecting they just love the results of their prospecting efforts alright so if you need some more help reach out we’ll talk about it and we’ll see on the next webinar talk to you soon.
