I was thinking about this as I drove in to make this video. 70% of your business will come from your lead follow up. And yet whenever I meet great agents who are hiring us to coach them. One of the things they often tell us is, “I don’t do a good job with my lead follow up.”. So I kinda wonder, you know your prospecting and your doing all the hard part, and then your not following up. That’s a little nuts, don’t you think? So what I’d like to ask you to do is, if you have a a really extreme problem with follow up, do it first. I know we often talk about prospect then roll onto follow up, which is a good way to do it. But if you don’t follow up, then do it first. First 30 minutes to 1 hour a day. Now if your not doing your lead follow up, I wondering, do you have to many leads? Are to many of them bad leads? Maybe you need to do a little bit of housing keeping. Ok, but time block that follow up. Because remember, 70% of your business is going to come from your leads.
