I wanted to talk to you about 5 character traits to cultivate you know we all want to be the kind of person people want to be around some of your fun and gracious and happy While others of you may be a bit more serious I know I am and yet they’re also those people that we meet that are just unpleasant these are the ones that we can see him coming in the office you run out the back door so personality traits that distinguish successful people are usually that they are positive they are the half full glass not that they’re looking for the good in people not the bad now that doesn’t mean that they have a Pollyanna view of the world the bad things that might go on around them but they look each opportunity to earn to meet new people and they embrace it right so they’re open to new opportunity number to find the good in people to find the good in each Situation Number 3 they’re very aware on how they impact and they’re looking to be a positive influence on those around them number for they are motivated and inspired because they’re learning their growing stuck in a rut And even more inspiring than they are because they know that those people will help pull them to another level all right so I want you to think about what are your personality traits that are attracting people to you and what are the personality traits that potentially could repeat repelling or damaging to those around you right so let’s work on building our character and becoming the kind of person that everyone wants to spend time with including your clients and Prospects alright have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon.
