Can’t I just hire a telemarketer to make my prospecting calls for me? You know you can and some agents do. Overall I don’t see for most agents that this is highly highly successful, partially because it’s hard to find the right person. Then you have to train them. Then you have to monitor him, hold him strictly accountable, keep training them, keep monitoring, keep holding them accountable and becomes a whole job in and of itself. Now if you’re very successful with it then good for you, I’m really glad. For most of you though you need to do it yourself. and if you hire someone and you think you have a pretty good person, we need to understand that their efficiency is probably going to be about twenty five to thirty percent as great as yours. Because you’ve got the knowledge and the intuition. So I’m not saying don’t go higher telemarketers or prospectors. I’m just saying that they’re never going to be the Rainmaker that you are. So it’s your job, you got to talk to people and how many contacts a day? Well for most of you watching this video, if you would do 20 contacts a day, a hundred contacts a week your business would explode.
