Hi my name is Debbie DeGrote and I’m the owner and President of Excelleum Coaching and Consulting. I wanted to talk to you today, about Getting out of your comfort zone. You know its interesting. I was at a Luxury conference the other day and the whole point of the conference was to make great connections, to meet agents from across North America for referrals. But you know what was interesting, I noticed people in the corner on their cell phones, I noticed them hanging out with their friends. I didn’t see a lot of actual connecting going on, and why is that? Well maybe because its a little uncomfortable to meet new people, to try new things. So I want to ask you, What is it you’re avoiding? What opportunity? What conversation…that makes you just a little bit uncomfortable? but you know if you you did it, it would attract business. So lets commit this week to meeting some new people, stepping outside of your comfort zone and having some conversations that will lead to new and better connections.
