Today I abandon my old habits and take up new more positive ones. Without letting go of bad habits we can not grow. Simple but very true….if you continue to smoke the ultimate end will be disturbing. And, knowing that should be enough. If you continue to eat unhealthy foods the ultimate end will be disturbing, And knowing that should be enough however we fight with the little deamon in our mind that distracts us from this affirmation.
